Abstract: This project establishes a single source of truth for zoonotic disease data, focusing on Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) in cattle and the beef production chain. A Python-based ETL pipeline standardizes data from multiple sources. A logistic regression model identifies key outbreak drivers, such as humidity and historical patterns. An interactive dashboard hosts the standardized data and model outputs, presenting trends by time, location, and other key metrics.
