Abstract: This project presents a clinical decision support tool for visualising molecular drivers and profiling aggressiveness in South African prostate cancer patients using data from the South African Prostate Cancer Study (SAPCS). The system integrates genomic and clinical features to enable patient-level exploration of tumour characteristics, supporting improved understanding of aggressive disease in African populations.
